Price match guarantee terms and conditions
1. If Solar Power Direct provides you with a quote for a particular solar system package for your property, and an Australian competitor of ours provides you with a quote for an identical solar system package for the same property for a cheaper price, then we will match our competitor’s price.
2. The competitor’s price must be:
- a. issued within the last 30 days;
- b. for the same number of solar panels with the same output power by the same manufacturer;
- c. for the same inverter model by the same manufacturer;
- d. include delivery to and installation at the same property; and
- e. Exclude any quoted metering costs.
3. The competitor’s quote must:
- a. be in writing;
- b. be from an Australian registered business;
- c. show the date it was created and show the final price including all fees and charges; and
- d. be for the same form of payment as you intend to pay us with.
4. The price match does not apply where the competitor’s price is:
- a. conditional, or is a part of a promotion involving financing, free installation, free delivery, bundling, rebates, cash back offer, part of a fire or liquidation sale, free or bonus offer, stock clearance, use of coupons, or use of loyalty rewards or similar;
- b. only available for bulk purchases;
- c. not available to the general public;
- d. on the basis that the solar system is display stock only, end of line, seconds, or repaired; or
- e. the result of an error by the competitor.
5. The price match promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice.
