Management of health and safety during the COVID-19 challenge

As new reports of COVID-19 continue to develop, the welfare and safety of our customers and staff remains our top priority. As a South Australian, family owned and operated business we are doing our part to flatten the curve by moving our office staff to work remotely from Monday 23rd March. Whilst we are still working, the office will now be closed to the public and should people need to reach us call us or email at admin@solarpowerdirect.com.au.

Installations and quoting will still continue until it is advised not to. We will monitor the public health situation and the latest medical advice given by the Government and adhere strictly to all advice by the South Australian government.

Meanwhile we want to assure you that we are taking extra measures to disinfect all areas during installations in addition to the robust health and safety measures that are already in place. We are a member of Clean Energy Council so you can be assured that you are dealing with one of the industry leading Solar Retailers at all times. You can follow our Facebook Page for new updates on these arrangements.

Lastly, we have been getting many recent enquiries about the new South Australia Home Battery Scheme rebate levels that will take effect from Wednesday 15 April 2020. We understand that this might not be your first thought now, but if you are still interested to use the current rates or have any solar questions we are more than happy to chat with you about it. You can give us a call on 08 7226 0560 or send us an email at admin@solarpowerdirect.com.au

We are open for business as always! Thank you for your continued support.
